While emerging technologies can be used to provide new levels of insight and actionable intelligence across risk allocation, policy administration, safety, loss control, and claims management processes, there is also a track record of high-profile failed attempts. How is a risk manager to know if AI is right for an organization? In this presentation, we look at some of the key data-related practices and prerequisites that need to be in place to justify the investment and realize the full potential of these technologies. Cutting through the hype, this presentation will provide risk managers with a real-world framework to help assess where AI can move the needle (or break the bank).
Presenter Bio:
Steve Rodell is an experienced risk and safety professional with more than 15 years of sales, product support and client delivery experience, specific to risk technology. As a Sales Executive at Origami Risk, Steve brings a consultative approach to working with customers, with a goal of successfully implementing RMIS solutions that increase the value of their Risk, Safety and Insurance processes. Prior to joining Origami Risk, Steve was with Ventiv Technology, formerly Aon eSolutions, where he served in a variety of roles including Senior Solutions Consultant, Project Manager and Business Analyst Team Lead. Steve earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Management Information Systems (MIS) from the University of Dayton.
